fortunately, I do not read Motorsport for timely news of today as much as I do the historical stuff. You guys still rock! Keep up the excellent work.

Are you going to credit our account 1 edition for being late?

With US printing will it allow us poor, forgotten Canadian fans the ability to subscribe from the US rather than the UK? UK cost is ridiculous. Also, will this mean we will get the issues earlier rather than a month behind? Keep up the good work. The improvements in Motor Sport over the last while are tremendous.

No problem at all for me. If I need something timely I go to the web.

Lorne,
You can subscribe to MotorSport in Canada through Expressmag.com. They are Montreal based.

I did finally receive my November issue yesterday. I hope December comes next week!

Dear Sirs,
I can fully appreciate that you have experienced a little trouble printing MotorSport here in the US. This is surly a challenging undertaking but I cannot understand why you would tolerate the quality of printing that is being produced here. There is no comparison in the magazine I received from the UK and the one printed here. I’ve been will to pay the incredibly expensive subscription price in part due to the high quality of the printing and paper coming from your UK printer.
The US printing and paper are substandard and to be frank not acceptable at the price you charge. I will way may renewal with care if your US publication does not rise to that of your UK printer.
The content is not in question but the product is. There has always been something special about MotoSport and it would be sad to see that diminished by attempts to cut corners with ink and paper.
Good luck and best regards,
Bob G. Smith

I stopped at a news stand on the way home tonight and saw the November issue on display. Realizing I had not received it, I immediately purchased it. Not wanting to miss an issue. Now tonight I go to the website to email the subscription department and see the “Important message for our US subscribers”. Not a big deal for sure, but I would also like my subscription extended one month.
Finally, what a fantastic magazine. Don’t think for one moment that your hard work goes unappreciated.

Mario,
It says on the Expressmag site that Canadian subscribers should contact the publisher directly? US subscribers pay $49/year through Expressmag, but Canadians have to pay over $200 if subscribing from the UK!? Ouch.

To echo Bob Smith… the content continues to be great, but the printing of the November issue wasn’t up to the usual standards of Motor Sport. It may just be the paper. It doesn’t have enough opacity and allows some bleeding where white text is placed on an image. Here’s hoping the December issue comes off the presses in better shape.
Thanks,
Bob

I just want to publicly thank Heather Wallington on the Motorsport staff for getting my issue to me so promptly (directly from the UK) after I’d checked in regarding the fact I hadn’t received it last week. While I agree that the printing of the issues from the UK is better than that here in the U.S. (unfortunately for now), I am very pleased with the great customer service at Motorsport, and of course, the content has always been the very best.
Thanks for the update here on the site, the information is also very much appreciated.
All the very Best,
Rich Ambroson

I am glad you are so happy.
On our side we are still waiting for the November issue and wonder if anyone will ever get in touch with us living in the USA to at least apologize or let us know when we will receive our issue.
It is a very serious matter for us who have been subscribers since long. On top, when we read the new printing is going to be of a low quality, we just wonder why we rushed to pay the renewal of our subscription to cover year 2010. We are now getting so frustrated that we can no longer say good things about the Magazine and its team. We call it poor management.

I’m very disappointed with the slow delivery. The Nov. issue has not arrived yet!! Who knows when I will receive the De. issues.
Very galling to see excepts from the Jan issue!
