Sebastien Loeb tests the Red Bull

The fact that he was only 1.5 seconds off the fastest time in Barcelona on Monday, tends to suggest that the five-time World Rally Champion isn’t half bad in a Formula 1 car…

The Frenchman tested at a damp Silverstone in order to acclimatise himself with the car and then took on a group of Formula 1 drivers and testers in Barcelona managing to post the 8th fastest time out of 17 drivers.

Ed returned from a stint in Milan, working on the Italian version of Autocar, and joined the team in August 2007. After two years of countless scooter accidents and a constant battle against coffee addiction it was a relief for him to start writing in his mother tongue.
